The first downloadable content for Max Payne 3, "Local Justice, will arrive on July 3rd for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and July 17th for the the PC. This package includes three new multiplayer maps, a new weapon, faction, an additional item, and extra trophies and achievements. Here's everything that's included ...

• 55th Battalion HQ map for all game modes

• The Imperial Palace and Departure Lounge maps for Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Payne Killer

• Light Fingers Item for faster looting

• M4 Assault Rifle with attachments

• São Paulo Police Faction with related avatar customisation options

Since this expansion is arriving late, originally scheduled for June, Rockstar is offering a discount during launch week ... 480 Microsoft Points ($5.99). After the first week, the pack will revert to its original price of 640 Microsoft Points ($5.99). Stay tune for more updates from Rockstar.
