Judgment Is Coming ... Ubisoft Revealing New IP?

Is Ubisoft getting ready to announce a new IP, or am I missing something?

It's the week before E3 ... so with another day comes another leak, accidental or deliberate, we find them, we report them. The latest one is from Ubisoft in the form of several screens. One of the screen is simply Ubisoft trademark logo, but the other two shows what seems to be a new project Ubisoft is working on. "Judgment is Coming" is the tag line in one of the shots, and the other more interesting one shows an Agent 47 looking character impersonating Conner ... lets focus on this.

Firstly, he looks badass, with a bow across is back and his intimidating look. Besides that we can see that he's surrounded by a group of half-naked nudes in what seems to be a prison ... and they look as if they fear or highly respect him. On first look I thought it was a new Splinter Cell, but Sam Fisher doesn't carry a bow. It could also be a new Prince of Persia, but I don't know, just speculating. If this is a new IP, I'm excited.
